Daniel Hirata, PTA

Danny was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, HI. He then moved to Omaha, NE where he graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor’s degree of Arts in Psychology. After graduating, Danny worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in Nebraska before making the move to the PNW.  Danny graduated from Pima Medical Institute in January 2019 and is now a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. His long term goal is to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Danny always knew that he wanted to work in the healthcare field because he enjoys working with others and knows that he is making a positive impact on patients’ lives. Danny became interested in working in the physical therapy field after having to drive both parents to their physical therapy appointments and being able to watch their sessions. He was amazed to see their progression through physical therapy and was happy to see his parents get back to their usual activities of daily living. Now, he wants to be able to use his set of skills and knowledge to help others get back to their normal daily lives.

On his free time, Danny enjoys biking, hiking, skateboarding, hanging out with friends, trying different foods, doing anything outdoors; playing volleyball, baseball, basketball, and soccer. He also enjoys cheering on the Seahawks, Mariners, and Celtics.

Massage Therapy:

 Eric Heidel, LMP

A native Californian, Eric grew up in the San Francisco Bay area.  He lived in New York City for about a year shortly after college before moving back to California, then moved to the Seattle area about eight years ago.

After attending Humboldt State University, he embarked on a career in IT, working as a consultant all over the country and the world.  In 2003, Eric realized that the corporate world was not for him, and began looking for a new opportunity.

Massage had been a long time hobby, and it seemed only natural to turn it into a healthier career, both for himself and others.  In 2006, it became a full time occupation.  Eric firmly believes that many people live with unnecessary pain and restriction in their lives, a situation that can be improved through massage.

Out of the office, Eric pursues bicycling, woodworking, and is an avid reader.
